We are currently looking for new suppliers of prefabricated pumping stations for district heating. We are focussing on suppliers from the Nordic countries. Technical description of the station / house - pumping station must be built on a concrete slab that is dimensioned for the purpose - Walls and roofs must be removable to simplify maintenance work - All components in the pump station must be accessible during operation for monitoring and operation, which is done with through the doors in the station - The station must be delivered with holes drilled in the floor for connecting district heating intake bends, holes for wells, as well as for electrical connections and possibly fiber - Lifting lugs in concrete floors for lifting on the delivery, lugs in ceilings and walls for installation during maintenance work - The size of the housing may vary depending on pipe and pump dimensions The house must not be dimensioned to be able to enter. Maneuvering and monitoring takes place from the outside The house must be provided with mechanical ventilation in all areas Components The station / house must be equipped with the following components: Steel tube of material quality P235GH Pump (dimensioned by customer) Pressure switch Pressure transmitter Temperature transmitter Aerators By-pass Check valves Shut-off valves (ball valve) Manometer Frequency converter - The pump station must be constructed according to the Tryckkärlsdirektivet / AFS 2017:3 depending on dimension - The station must be CE-marked and the Declaration of Conformity must be produced
